Shae Duffy has a passion for all things design and real estate. She received her Bachelor degree in interior design while living in Chicago and got to work right away. When she and Ryan decided to take the leap to move to the Ozarks in 2016, Shae obtained her real estate license with the goal of marrying her two passions. After years of cold calling and door knocking, her real estate business took off and she specializes in lake and vacation rental properties. It was only a matter of time before Shae and Ryan began flipping homes into vacation rentals after discovering a niche area free of restrictions and ultimately they began building vacation rental homes. 
 
Now Shae does all the interior design for their projects and is a leader at Ozark Mountain Realty Group. She takes pride in training new agents and implementing marketing strategies. Shae supports her husband’s real estate development habit and uses her creativity to design bold and beautiful interiors for their projects.
